In our 2nd Annual Open Days in USA (Woodland, California) we felt so privileged to meet and greet hundreds of visitors who responded with boundless enthusiasm. Together with Sales Managers and PD Specialists the visitors toured the field, got a comprehensive explanation of our crop roster and were the first to test new varieties in our crop collections.

This year the PMA Fresh Summit took place in New Orleans, from 18 to 20 October. Around 20,000 visitors came to view the innovations presented by growers, packers, shippers and suppliers.
At Fruit Logistica 2017, Hazera’s main focus will be on Partnerships. Hazera’s objective is to deliver superior value all along the chain, through dedicated vegetable variety breeding and active support. We do this together with growers, but also with partners in the more downstream fresh produce supply chain. On the 17th of April 2016, Hazera organized their 7th Onion Study Tour, which this time went overseas and explored the West in California. 40 VIP onion specialists, consisting of onion producers, processors, packers, traders and agronomists were welcomed to the Airport Hotel in Los Angeles, where the educational and entertaining tour started.
After an amazing evening on last Tuesday, where the Hazera Onion Study Tour took the Aerial Tramway in Palm Springs and enjoyed the view, the group continued the tour to the California’s Imperial Valley on Wednesday. Continue reading
